Decent for the price, but could be clearer

Anyone else think their pricing tiers are a little murky? I'm trying to figure out if upgrading would really save me money with the annual discount vs monthly. The Content Library is pretty good though, and it's definitely legally binding for docs. Just wish finding the right plan was a bit more straightforward. 🤔

Reliable for Sales Proposals

This isn't my first time using PandaDoc; I've been with them for about two years now for all our sales proposals. My last order was for a new team member and getting them set up with access to the Content Library was just as smooth as always. They're consistently reliable. The Document Tracking is always accurate, and I haven't had any problems with their service over the years. It's why I keep coming back.

Pretty straightforward to use

I signed up for PandaDoc to help with some HR onboarding documents. Honestly, I'm not super techy, but it was pretty easy to get the hang of. I liked that I could just pick a template and fill it out. The eSignature part worked fine, no issues there. It just made things a bit less of a hassle than printing and scanning everything. Pretty decent experience overall.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a new eSignature solution and PandaDoc came up. The main thing that caught my eye was the discount for annual billing, which saved us a good chunk of change compared to paying monthly. The 14-day free trial really helped me get a feel for the Contract Management features before committing. It felt like a solid investment for the price, and the savings made the decision pretty easy for our small team.

Document Automation is a Game Changer!

I absolutely love PandaDoc! We used it for our sales proposals and the whole process was so smooth. Creating professional-looking documents used to be a pain, but with PandaDoc, it's actually fun. The eSignatures work perfectly, and tracking everything is super easy. I'm telling everyone I know about it. Will definitely be back for more! So glad I found this platform.

Solid platform, useful integrations

I used PandaDoc for creating and sending several sales proposals, and I found the platform to be quite robust. The ordering process for the Business plan was straightforward, and I appreciated the annual discount. Delivery of the service, meaning account activation, was immediate. I especially liked the HubSpot Integration; it made managing client communications much more streamlined. The Custom Branding options were also a big plus for maintaining our professional image. My only minor gripe was that the initial learning curve for some of the advanced workflow automation took a bit longer than expected, but their online guides were helpful. Overall, it's a very capable tool that delivers on its promises.

Thinking of signing up for PandaDoc, is there usually a Black Friday deal? Don't want to miss out if I sign up now.

R Rosa Reyes 2 months ago
Yeah, they usually have something around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It's one of their peak times for deals, so you might wanna wait a bit if you're not in a rush.

They do have sales then, I think last year it was a pretty good discount on annual plans. You can often save a bunch by just going annual anyway, usually 25-40% off the monthly price.

Is PandaDoc genuinely HIPAA compliant? Need to make sure for medical documents.

C Colin 2 months ago
They claim to be HIPAA compliant, and I haven't heard otherwise. It's one of the reasons my company went with them for our patient forms.

C Chris 2 months ago
Yes, their site explicitly states HIPAA compliance. They also mention SOC 2 and GDPR, so they seem to take security and regulations seriously.

I'm a small non-profit, do they offer any discounts for organizations like ours? The pricing seems a bit steep for our budget.

D Dana 2 months ago
Yes, they do have a non-profit discount. You'd probably need to reach out to their sales team or check their site for how to apply for it.

Pretty sure I saw something about that on their site. Most SaaS companies offer NFP rates, so it's worth checking out. Could save you a good chunk.

Thinking about switching from DocuSign to PandaDoc. Is PandaDoc much easier to use for creating new templates?

S Sarah A. 3 months ago
I found PandaDoc much more intuitive for templates. DocuSign felt a bit clunky sometimes. The drag-and-drop builder is really good.

It's a definite upgrade from DocuSign for templates, especially if you're building out a library. The content library feature is super useful.

Has anyone used PandaDoc for sales proposals with HubSpot? How well does the integration work in real life?

D Daisy Carter 2 months ago
The HubSpot integration is pretty solid. It pulls in contact info and deals stuff really smoothly for me. Saves a ton of time.

It's decent. I've had a few minor hiccups, but nothing major. Overall, it streamlines the proposal process quite a bit, especially if you're sending a lot of them.
